The processing of your personal data carried out by TRAVELLER WALLET (TW) is chaired by the compliance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of the European Parliament and of the Council, of April 27, 2016, regarding the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free circulation of these data. For this reason, we inform you that TAX FUNDS, S.L. hereinafter TW, is responsible for the processing of your data.
TW, as responsible for the data processing, has the necessary technical, organizational and human resources to guarantee the security and protection of its information systems, as well as the data and information stored therein.
Your personal data will not be shared with third parties, unless there is legal obligation or in case you give your consent. However, the service providers that TW contracts or may contract and have the status of processing managers may have access to your personal data. Additionally, and provided you have given your consent, your personal data may be processed to: (i) send you commercial communications, by any channel, about products and services that are not similar to those that you already have contracted offered by TW, any company of the Group or those entities with which collaboration agreements have been signed, (ii) assign your data to companies of the Group, its subsidiaries and affiliates so that they can contact you to inform you about your products or services and may use this data to carry out monitoring, control and analysis of the risk of the products and services contracted and (iii) access and incorporate in our files your data of third companies to personalize with greater precision the commercial offers and adapt them to your needs, tastes and preferences.
The personal data object of treatment are those facilitated by you when contracting and those derived from the use of the services. However, in case that you have given your consent they may be enriched in the terms set out in the previous paragraph.
